AtΒ Huimei Furniture, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our products and services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Damaged Products at Delivery

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must inform our delivery team at the time of delivery. We strongly advise inspecting all items upon arrival.

⚠️ If no damage is reported at the time of delivery, Huimei Furniture will not be held responsible for damages reported later.

Our team will assess the issue, and if validated, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the product’s condition and warranty policy.

Non-Faulty Returns (Change of Mind)

If the product is not faulty β€” for example, if you changed your mind or are unsatisfied for any other reason β€” you are eligible to return it within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and unassembled

  • In its original packaging

  • In resellable condition

Additional terms:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • It is the customer’s duty to ensure the product reaches us safely

  • We recommend using a tracked courier service

Once we receive the returned product in good condition, a refund (excluding original shipping charges) will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Order Cancellation & Payment Processing Fees

If a customer cancels an order after payment confirmation and order processing, a 6% payment gateway processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

This fee covers non-refundable charges imposed by payment providers.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • Products returned damaged, used, or without original packaging
