If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must inform our delivery team at the time of delivery. We strongly advise inspecting all items upon arrival.

Our team will assess the issue, and if validated, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the productβs condition and warranty policy.
If the product is not faulty β for example, if you changed your mind or are unsatisfied for any other reason β you are eligible to return it within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

In resellable condition

If a customer cancels an order after payment confirmation and order processing, a 6% payment gateway processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
This fee covers non-refundable charges imposed by payment providers.
