United Arab Emirates (UAE)

We deliver across all Emirates, including:
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.

Our logistics team ensures safe and timely delivery of all furniture items.

International Shipping (USA, Canada, Europe, GCC, and others)

International checkout is currently free of shipping charges, as all overseas deliveries are handled manually.
After your order is placed:

  • Our team will contact you to arrange cargo shipping

  • Shipping charges will be calculated based on size, weight, and destination

  • You may select your preferred courier or use our recommended cargo partners

For international quotes or bulk orders, please contact us directly.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time (UAE Only)

  • Dubai: 1 to 2 business days

  • Other Emirates: 2 to 3 business days

  • Pre-order items: 7 to 14 business days (or as specified on product page)

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to external logistical factors.

4. Shipping Charges

UAE Deliveries

Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location.
Any applicable delivery fees will be shown at checkout.

International Deliveries

No shipping charges are shown at checkout.
Final cargo fees will be:

  • Calculated manually after order placement

  • Communicated to the customer by our support team

You may choose door-to-door delivery or port-to-port cargo service depending on your location.

5. Delivery & Installation (UAE Only)

  • Free installation is offered for eligible products.

  • Our professional installation team will deliver, assemble, and ensure your furniture is set up correctly.

International orders do not include installation services.
